(95,337 posts)Really? Do I need a news channel that is going to bend the news in favor of my opinion? Do I need a liberal version of Faux News?
I'd rather just have the news provided to me without any opinions expressed and let me decide for myself how I feel about it. But those days are long since gone.
I will use MSNBC for watching such events as the Conventions and Election returns where I would prefer the hosts to be cheering on my team. I will admit that much.
BTW this is why MSNBC will never catch up to Faux in the ratings. I think I am not alone when it comes to watching a Cable News channel that is slanted towards my viewpoints. Sure the Faux has loyal viewers who turn in every night because they are none so bright to learn their talking points and need someone to teach it to them. It's funny because when you try to argue with a teabagger they all use the same exact argument on any given topic. But the progressives, they prefer forming their own opinions which is why they have not formed any loyalities to MSNBC the way the right has to Faux.
