Who travel by limo and jet planes. Very rarely spend any time in the "real world". The real world is out there in between all the fluorescent lights and asphalt.
Those who do spend more time in reality can plainly see the effects all around them. It is how I was able to switch a few longtime Republicans to voting Democrat. They don't like seeing the home of their ancestors being ravaged by drought, storms, fires, floods and loss of biodiversity any more than most of us here. As crazy as it may sound, some of them truly do care about saving forests, rivers, lakes, oceans and wildlife they have grew up with and sharing them with the next generation.
