(41,694 posts)36. Had a case here where someone failed a field sobriety test, blew a 0.00% and the blood test showed
nada for ANY alcohol and no drugs that they test for.
Person STILL got a DUI and it took him a year to clear it up. OF course he was stopped for DWB. And this was here in Austin.

There are police flashlights with built-in BAC detectors. The light checks the pupil while scanning.
