theoretically) becuase people are watching every meal, , every pill.

get a lawyer. there are remedies. they are not easy. I am doing it right now in my family.

Then she DOES NOT HAVE POA. She will have POA in the future IF your grandma is deemed incapacitated.

It is not assisted living then. It is independent living. if they can eat at home.
