Can you enjoy art by a person who has a worldview you find reprehensible? [View all]

Just curious about this one. Another vector is age; does art produced in the 1940s get more of a pass than art from the 1990s.

And I'm using art in it's broadest sense - to encompass acting, directing, creating music, novels, short stories, painting, sculpture, photography and many other types of art I'm not thinking of right now.
