Mitt Romney is claiming that confidentiality agreements supercede federal election law.

Who has he been talking to, Scalia?

Also, who controls assests held in the tax free trust set aside for his kids. Unless the kids have complete control of these assets (which they don't because dad pays the taxes at 15%) then these should also be listed on his disclosure form and earlier reports show those are in excess of $100 million.

And where does the Federal Election Commission stand on this. Should they not be providing a clarification statement on this? This is rather late in the game for such basic questions as this being resolved.
