If Zimmerman has never been charged how come his picture is in an orange prison jumpsuit? [View all]

I am kind of new to this story so maybe I missed this.

The picture they use of Zimmerman makes it look like he is, or was, in prison. And that creates an impression that he is not stalking around free with a CCW.

Is that deliberate propaganda or is that the only picture of this guy?
