Why do we need to change Social Security then? Why is everyone so worried about Social Security running out of money. Sure the Baby Boomers are large, but this next generation is even larger so after paying the Baby Boomers, a smaller Generation X follows and then a bigger generation. It doesn't make sense that we need to do anything (other than making Social Security more attractive) with so many coming up the age ladder.
