I see that you are correct. The same isn't true of Nevada where I presently reside. IMHO the non-specificity of the CCW permit in Florida means a person can carry and conceal a weapon he/she might not be trained to use. What the heck is wrong with Florida legislators? This "liberal" approach to guns is quite revealing about the "conservatives" who are solidly behind such idiotic laws.
