9. I agree with both of you...my point is that it is legal, regardless of the morality issue.

Christie's shenanigans were bullying, egregious, out of line, et al. He'll get off likely unless they can prove what is illegal...using Sandy/federal funds for state favors. That's orange jumpsuit territory. He'd obviously used New Jersey funds for all kinds of improper and irregular purposes...but the state kept electing him anyway because he was bigger than any opponent. (bigger politically, I mean.)

The Kochs do not have to answer to voters and their riches allow them to certainly play on a larger scale, but until they get caught in fraud or bribery, or until the laws are changed, business as usual...literally.
