it depends how one defines "treated badly" ... No one has dropped the N-word (though many have argued that they should be allowed to) and no one has directly made racial comments; but when Black folks, consistently have their racial lived experiences, discounted in favor of someone's vicariously informed opinion, that is being treated badly.
When a white person feel perfectly entitled to tell a Black person what is, and what is not, racist or discrimination ... and the thread fills up with others supporting the white person's "right to hold an opinion"; that is being treated badly. When a Black person is constantly told "all you have to do (change) is ..." to deal with white folks' treatment of the; but very little is said about the white folks' treatment, that is being treated badly.
When Black folks come to a website called DEMOCRATICunderground and watch a DEMOCRATIC, but Black, President get dumped on for doing exactly what every President has done before him; when we watch his every accomplishment and effort denigrated or marginalized ... because "it's not about his race, but his policies", but the Senators that vote in support of those policies and efforts, go uncommented on AND when a Black person gets attacked for pointing out the double-standard ... that's being treated badly.
