Just because President Obama doesn't personally issue every order, and doesn't pull the trigger on the "compliance control" weapons, doesn't mean he's not at the top of this police state machine that's been deployed against OWS. By the way, most of the photos in the OP are from the repression of New York and Oakland Occupy, and the governors are Democrats.
