Those arrows don't fire themselves.

In another arrow story: Since the time of the ancient Gods, blacksmiths and fletchers knew how to make arrows that would return to the shooters. When asked why they never made any for their costumers, they all looked at the asker in disbelief and replied "Because they are too stupid and would not get out of the way as it returned! We would lose a bunch of our customers due to that stupidity!"
