In any future, my answers will be YES or NO. The bitch of this whole matter is my own cordiality. I made the remarkably moronic statement that, like anyone of 56 years, my back would be sore if I did heavy work like moving furniture all day. As tricky dicky said, I gave them a sword.

Your last statement is EXACTLY what happened.

I don't think I would get anything from a lawsuit, but I can sure share my experiences and do all I can do to this agency's reputation.
