Coming up this Sunday on "Face the Nation," we'll continue the discussion on the September 11th attack in Benghazi. Plus the two newest scandals in the nation's capitol, Associated Press reporters' phone records being subpoenaed by the Justice Department without their knowledge and the IRS targeting conservative groups seeking tax exempt status. The Administration already removed IRS Commissioner Steven Miller. What's next?

We'll start with White House Senior Advisor Dan Pfeiffer. Then we'll hear from the other side - Sen. John Cornyn and Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah). Cornyn is the #2 Republican in the Senate and has been involved in the Senate Finance Committee's attempt to get answers from the IRS. Chaffetz has been a key player in the investigation led by the House Oversight Committee into what happened in Benghazi on the night of September 11th and what happened in the aftermath with the so-called "talking points" used by UN Ambassador Susan Rice when she appeared on five Sunday shows just days after the attacks that killed four Americans.

The President and CEO of the Associated Press Gary Pruitt will also join us to discuss the Justice Department's investigation into possible leaks involving a foiled terror plot in Yemen last year - should the government have access to reporters' phone records without first notifying them?

Melissa Harris Perry Show
Actress and activist Angelina Jolie is back in the headlines this week, and not in the gossip column. More like the New York Times opinion page and the front cover of TIME. The star announced that she underwent a double mastectomy in February after finding out that she is a carrier of the BRCA-1 gene, which can dramatically increase a woman’s chance of getting breast cancer.

While Jolie’s decision to undergo such an intense surgery and to share her story in an effort to educate other women has been lauded nearly universally as brave, her circumstances are far from ordinary. The test and procedure Jolie underwent are not necessarily accessible to all women. On Sunday’s Melissa Harris-Perry, the host will discuss the politics of breast cancer–specifically focusing on Myriad Genetics, the company facing a Supreme Court lawsuit after patenting the BRCA gene and the realistic availability of this kind of medical care to all women.

Melissa will also address the historic fast food worker strikes taking place across the countrythis year, most recently in Milwaukee. On Wednesday, hundreds of McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and other fast food workers walked out demanding higher wages in amomentous demonstration of frustration with a status quo that makes the poor poorer and the rich richer.
