It results in chaos, crime, deaths, war, civil strife -- and not in the domestic tranquility that is promised in the Preamble of the Constitution.

They are wrong. They would never be able to enforce their property rights without the government or against the government. That is just a foolish idea. A number of gun-nuts have tried it. Think Koresh for example. They always fail. They will always fail. Eventually, they will fail. You have to have the support of a social contract that includes all the people around you. You have to have the civic power to enforce your property rights.
