don't necessarily include "secret behind closed door" meetings.

Also, "cost-saving changes AND deliver Democratic votes" cannot possibly mean cuts to benefits, because then he could not deliver the Democratic votes. And, he has specifically said PUBLICLY that he supported cutting PAYMENTS but NOT BENEFITS.

This is pure and simple fear-mongering.
