Only worn by Kennedy at his inauguration as the only other person I've seen wear one (who didn't live in England).
But it is not a good picture of FDR, who I loved as a little kid, and appreciate him more and more as I grew older.
Yours sort of reminds me of Jack Carson, who was in a lot of Doris Day-type movies, which I loved and never missed one. It's not him, but there's a resemblance.
