St. Maries doesn't pay cops enough to live on so they have bad cops. A town with Buford T. Justice, Barney Fife and Officer Barbrady as its PD would be better policed. They had fourteen jail breaks in 2011...nine by the same prisoner. He'd break out, get recaptured and break out again. And the jail is on the third floor!

After the cops raided this place they photographed the evidence, sent one plant to the state police lab and put the rest in a warehouse. The night after it was put in there, someone broke in and took it all.
