How long will it take before we start seeing the savings [View all]

from getting out of Iraq and the draw-down in Afghanistan?

Or, since the military has gotten used to the huge amount of money they've been given over the last 12+ years and keep any savings we could be using for infrastructure, education and healthcare?

I can't understand why savings can't be pulled out of the military without downgrading our forces/strength?
