tipping should be left up to the customer.
and restaurants should pay their employees a decent wage

I think some places automatically ad a gratuity for orders over a certain amount...

Cheapo pastor. I used to get how-to-save-yourself "tip" cards in lieu of money...

Because in church, you get one small sip of wine or juice. In here, you get unlimited refills. nt
