Your weird comment though, is.

The fact is, no 'gun or bullet' has taken away your life nor do they prevent you from enjoying the movies or sporting event. Your "right" to "assemble peacefully" has not been lost.

You need a new argument. Preferably one that is valid and not on a 2nd grade level like "precious."
