If you don't recognize the parent, a driver's license is in order. Thankful this little girl didn't get harmed and/or killed.
And btw, the teacher isn't the only one that should get in trouble. Somebody in that front office should get the ax.

We don't know the little girl wasn't harmed. She was found "barely dressed" in a public park!

I think anyone wearing a mask or a face veil should uncover their face when picking up a child.
