But the problem is that it is really hard to satirize these whack jobs on the right. Satire requires a certain exaggeration for effect, and it is very difficult to come up with any thought that is more outrageous than what they say every day.
Given that, maybe it would be funny if somebody who looks like a straight-up network anchor with the classical "newsman voice" were to deliver the actual Limbaugh script in straight face, not to imitate Limbaugh, but to hear how obscene his words sound if they come out of a normal human being.
