Alleged hacker-group installed computer firewall stopping vote count files from Ohio going to Kentucky for quick change, to then be returned to Ohio.

The computers in Ohio did go down and attempted to reboot, just as they had done four years earlier in the previous presidential election. And, this year there were attempts to put in the new firewall's password to no avail. However, it cannot be verified what, if anything, was going to be transferred, or that the firewall was there at the moment of opportunity rather than being installed later in order to make a good story, albeit after they had warned, prior to the election, that they were watching Karl Rove's computer operations.
