And that is due to lack of funding and facilities. I have taken Prozac. I now take Celexa. I did take Paxil, and found it useless. However, I can tell you that men are more likely to have a frustrated anger that leads to depression, and for those people, in my experience, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors have an iffy effect on people under 25 and those with rage issues. The prescription for anti-depression and anti-psychotic drugs is just the beginning, especially in those under 25. Mood and effects have to be carefully monitored, and how can that be done if money isn't spent on the staff to do so?

You can blame all kinds of things, but the two most important are staff, education, and monitoring of metal illness and gun control. All of this is an excuse to avoid the main ingredient; no one actually wants to contain guns in the US. If people die, especially children, it's a small price to pay for your freedom to own firearms.
