That's why she's taking the breather from the SoS job at this time. She now has solid foreign policy credentials, and can say that she was running the most successful part of the Obama Administration.
She tasted the White House for eight years, she wants to be back in there again, I guarantee it. I remember when she said that all she wanted to be was a US Senator from NY.
