16. I would like someone to explain something to me...

Given that it costs hundreds of thousands of dollars PER HOUR to run these things, why wouldn't we want to save a few billion and simply use Cesnas for about 1/1000 of the cost to patrol the southern border? I'm pretty sure they are already aware we're looking, and I don't think the pilots would have to worry about rocket launchers (at least not until we start selling them to Mexico to end up on the black market and end up being used against us).

We need to ask Cesna to start ponying up and start throwing a few million here and there in "lobbying" investments so they can compete in the free enterprise economy of ours I guess.
