Can anybody here tell the difference between chimpanzee and human DNA? [View all]

They are 99.3% the same. So, if an IVF clinic in Alabama loses its records, how do we know that the freezer has Human DNA? A zygote is just a nutrient container with a strand of DNA. At what point do we know it's human?
