14. "fraudulently manipulated data on X" - isn't manipulation the POINT of X? (and Twitter before it)

(Not saying that Media Matters actually did whatever they are accusing)

and the fact that they choose to put "fraudulently" in front of "manipulated data" (there's any other purpose to manipulating data?)
