Hell no.

Word around the Capitol is,... once Gym Jordan wins the Speaker-ship. His daily intentions are not to wear a jacket but rather to strip down to a jock strap and nothing else.

Then take the Speaker's podium in his revealing athletic gear on a daily basis. His aim is to have a closer feel with his fellow House members and their leadership. He intends to run the US Capitol like a men's gym locker room. Grabby, Feely, pinchy is optional - if no one else is looking your way.
