Not one state legislature has voted to secede from the Union. The petitions are all filed by the usual moronic, racist Tea Partiers.
It's funny, but not as funny as it would be if the State of Texas had filed a petition.

Actually, news reports say Texas is one of the states listed in petitons to secede.
