It is the WSJ. And again, until I see a specific plan, I'm not going ape shit over this.

I say again, Van Hollen represents one of the most liberal districts in the state of Maryland, and the people in this district are very well informed and politically active. (Montgomery County sent more activists to VA to GOTV than any other county in Maryland, for instance.)

Van Hollen will pay if he goes down this road. Trust me.
