Condoleeza Rice travelled the globe insisting that the United States did not torture, knowing full well that Dick Cheney was in full torture mode.

Her ignorance of very plain and repeat warnings about an major attack inside the United States was CRIMINAL!

What a horrific Secretary of State, and Administration. How did we ever SURVIVE!

Way past time for partisan-politics manipulator John McCain to drag himself off the the elephant graveyard!!!
