They don't believe in evolution or climate science....

They still think giving tax cuts to billionaires will fix the economy.

They talk about making America into a land where so much suffering happens that "self-deportation" occurs as if this is a good thing. (because making it so that no one around the world would aspire to live here would be such a good thing... F that "land of opportunity" crap)

Misreadng polls badly is one of the smaller dimensions of their problem.
