The DOJ has him dead to rights, even as I sit here typing this.
The mere act of removing those documents is a crime. He could be convicted and imprisoned right now. Seems pretty clear-cut to me.
But the DOJ, I believe, is going after something bigger related to those documents. There's more people involved, and there's bigger crimes involved with those documents than simply removing them. And that "something bigger" in my opinion is what he most likely has already done with the information contained in those documents.
I'll repeat here what I repeat at least once a week.
Tfg is going to prison.
And whatever the charges end up being, the case will be airtight.
