156. When he finally kicks off, if his family has an open casket

They will have Major cosmetic surgery done. If not, he will have what they in the business call "Clown Face". All that fat around the face, you can kinda already see it in the pic down thread... Anyway, when a person dies, that all pulls down and back, creating a grotesque clown face of sorts.

Not sure if we have any mortuary folks here, but I knew the guy who worked on my mom. That was in 1991, and that's what he called it. My mom was chubby gal, when she died, she looked so different. But that's what he called it, "Clown Face".
