(32,723 posts)Just like Clinton did.
We are conditioned by the media to buy their whole narrative that the states are all solid red or solid blue but the margin is actually a lot closer than they depict so a lot of states flip.
What gets me is I have spent my entire life seeing the blue as Republican and red as the Democrat. They only switched it in 2000 and then acted like the center of the country is red, has always been red and always will be red when it's all a lie. The South put Carter in office. The rest of the country voted for Ford. We have had elections where the loser only carried his home state. California was a Republican stronghold until Clinton and now it's called "The Left Coast". And what gets me is the pundits keep pushing this idea that this country went to the Right after Reagan but they NEVER claim it EVER goes to the left. EVER. Obama won the last time in a landslide but if anybody used that word to describe his win they would NOT allow that to go unchallenged. They have suckered America into believing it was a squeaker.
