4. "... a fight for the soul of America"

Is a phrase I've used a few times this week, in conversations with friends and acquaintances. Each time I said it, those to whom I was speaking seemed to remain silent for a moment. One nodded. And another said, "It really is, isn't it?"

I guess all we can do is hope that the vast majority "gets it" and acts.

On edit: I should really do a separate OP on that phrase and the truth it holds.
