The cop was yelling "drop the taser!", for whatever that's worth. Not much, probably.

Goddamnit. He just shot him execution-style, back of the head.

Holy fuck.

ETA:

When the cop gets up, he doesn't remove the taser from the guy he was fighting with. I'm pretty sure cops remove weapons from injured people they are arresting. Toss them off to the side, for example. This cop didn't do that.

I don't know what it means, exactly. If the cop knows for sure the guy is dead, he might have left it there for evidence. Or maybe there isn't a taser at all. Or maybe the cop is in shock and forgot to.

Damn.
