This is just awful. Horrific. The guy was trying to get away, but not really fighting, I saw no punches or kicks thrown by the victim, the officer tried to tase him and the victim grabbed the taser after it was discharged, then the officer says several times "let go of the taser." He was on top of the victim when he drew his gun and executed him.

This is bad. The man was lying on his stomach when the cop shot him in the back of the head. Completely unnecessary. This is going to hinge on the taser and whether or not it was still a danger to the officer if it had already been discharged.
