Was "GI Jane" joke really about a medical condition? [View all]

Or was it about the clothes she was wearing?

Chris Rock can be offensive, we know from his past comments.

But, was Will Smith really defending his wife or was he just lashing out in a violent way to something he did not like?

In my opinion, this entire incident is a small dichotomy of what is wrong with the world. It is like Putin invading Ukraine, on a much smaller scale. It was like the insurrectionists attacking our Capitol because they did not like the results of an election. It is a sign of our times. The first thought is to react with violence.

In my opinion, that is the bigger issue.
