14. The GOP's theories on Military Science makes no sense

Basically, according to them, more money spent = a better military. More ships, even if they have no modern usage, = a better military. More men = a better military.

If we can be more powerful with less money, wouldn't that make more sense? Why does Romney want us to keep ships and military assets that have no practical use anymore and are being phased out?
