PA. learned a lesson on nuclear power with that little dust up a few years ago at Three Mile Island, didn't they? And they are close to the top of the gas and oil fracking states. And only a few water wells produce flammable water. Thank goodness this is happening in the "Guns & Bible" loving middle of the state where if something goes wrong and 150 mile radius disappears, no one would really notice. I just wish it was in Rick Sanitarium's back yard.
