The Committee has requested SCOTUS make a decision in January. Regardless their present schedule, we KNOW they could drop whatever they're doing, long enough to render a decision to not take the case, assuming that's what they decide. IF they take that course of action, I'm probably right. If they don't, you can be looking for the crow to cook...

But I cannot believe any Justice on the Court is sympathetic, in any way to any degree, to Trump's insanity.
