13. They basically lost a day yesterday

Because of the mess over the video after they requested to view it.

I imagine there are hold outs in one way or another.

I'm not even as interested in the verdict as I am to see what happens if there's any conviction. There are so many open issues the judge has let go with a kind of "Let's see what the jury does," attitude. If they acquit, then it's over.

If there are any convictions, some shit's going to start.

The defense still has two motions to dismiss open in front of the judge. And the video the jury asked to see still hasn't been ruled on.

It's weird. I think the judge is hoping the jury acquits, so then he doesn't have to deal with any of the open issues.
