January. "Mid-winter" is what I have read. While the trials will be over in September, there is 3 to 4 month 'observation' period before approval. You may remember last year that the trials were pretty much over in September, but the observation period kept vaccines unavailable until just before Christmas.

You may also remember Trump trying to force the vaccines to be made available with no success before the election.

I think he double masks now. Arizona is of course one of the backward states that is forcing kids to go to school without mandatory masking.
