6. Are the Washington press corps truly "struggling to make sense of a disorienting landscape"?

Rather was generous in giving the benefit of the doubt to those who have repeatedly enabled the former guy and The Big Lie. I think too many of the press corps are actually much smarter and more cynical than that, doing their part to exacerbate the threat. The danger to our democracy continues to be very real.
