calling a black man "Uncle Tom" reeks of racism, so I don't think the Woke Supremacy has invaded DU. (Sorry, but it's a real pet peeve of mine. You can argue his point without resorting to a common insult for a black man.)

Like this: He's totally misguided, and I hate to see that he's sticking to the republican playbook and isn't infecting nuance into the discussion. As a black man, I'm sure he's experienced racism in his life, especially in SC. So what is he complaining about with "wokeness" specifically. And why is it a rallying cry on the right?
