she is, by any account, vastly more conservative than he is (and he was no bargain for progressives). To take one issue, she is in favor of religious restrictions on LGBT marriages he is not. Thus, if a judge is religious, he doesn't have to marry two men or two women. If the issuer of licenses in your jurisdiction is religious no license for you. She is also against most sensible gun laws. Elections shouldn't be overturn because we might lose the next one. I agree he should be primaried if he chooses to run again but elections should matter.
